In addition to vast Midcoast Birdwatching, our diverse property provides multiple bird habitats. On this 8.5 acre property you'll find a 1/4 acre pond, field, vernal pools and a wood lot; all with differing birds in each of these habitats. The abundance of migratory birds is astounding on this property! Too many song bird species to count, ducks, geese, heron, hawks, owls, on & on. In addition we are only a few hundred yards from shore, as the crow flies.

Pemaquid Peninsula offers endless opportunities for a full week of paddling adventures! We are within a 1 to 5 mile drive of ocean, bay, coves, rivers, lakes, ponds. Bring your own or rent locally from numerous providers. We have ample space to offload your boats on property.
